To further promote digital health protection and provide even more people with access to meaningful preventive care, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager - New Acquisition Channels (m/f/d) to support the area of acquisition. You should ideally live in the Berlin/Brandenburg area - this role is hybrid with 2-3 days a week onsite presence required. Your role in a team As Channel Owner for New Acquisition Channels, you will be responsible for identifying, validating and scaling new customer acquisition opportunities across emerging paid and non-paid platforms Identify, evaluate, and discover the next scalable acquisition channels for the company to invest in Launch and optimize new customer acquisition channels - including TV, external email, and emerging paid platforms. Own performance KPIs for early-stage channels: CAC, ROAS, payback period, and funnel conversion Conduct A/B testing, track campaign performance, evaluate performance metrics, and optimise based on analytics and KPIs Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors to spot new opportunities early. ● Apply growth hacking techniques and data-driven decision-making to maximise ROI Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Data and local Country Managers Channel tests and investment proposals must align with Marketing Leadership's strategic priorities. 3-5 years of operative experiences as Performance Marketing Manager or Growth Marketer in a scale-up or digital-first company Track record of owning and improving growth metrics such as CAC, CVR and LTV Experience working with cross-functional teams: Brand, Product, Tech, Data Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation frameworks Clear understanding of channel-market fit Growth mindset!
