About The Role We are looking for a data-driven and ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Partnerships team. In this role, you will manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns through partnerships with affiliate networks, comparison sites, and performance marketing vendors, driving high-quality leads and scalable growth. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day performance management, partner relationships, and budget optimization, working cross-functionally to ensure results align with business goals. Responsibilities Manage and optimize large-scale marketing campaigns with external partners, focusing on ROI and sustainable growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, comparison sites, and direct vendors, from onboarding to ongoing optimization. Analyze performance data and identify opportunities to scale and improve campaign efficiency. Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to ensure optimal performance and profitability. Collaborate closely with internal teams, SEM, SEO, Creative, Analytics, and Procurement, to align strategy, share insights, and execute tests. Stay up to date with industry trends, new platforms, and partnership opportunities to identify growth potential. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or partnership management, preferably in B2B SaaS. Strong analytical skills with proven experience in campaign optimization and data-based decision-making. Excellent negotiation and communication skills; experience in sales or business development is a strong advantage. High proficiency in English (both verbal and written) - a must. Advanced Excel or Looker skills and ability to work with performance data. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across multiple campaigns and partners.
