  • Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools, analytics, and automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer personas, and B2B demand generation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush, Influ2, Demandbase, and HubSpot.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders across global regions.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimization, experimentation, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Sapiens, you will be responsible for building and optimizing Sapiens’ global marketing funnel across multiple product lines. You will develop and execute data-driven, AI-powered, and automated growth strategies that generate high-quality demand and accelerate revenue. Your role will require strategic thinking as well as deep focus on leveraging data insights and automation to optimize every stage of the funnel. Working cross-functionally with regional marketing, marcom, product strategy, and sales teams, you will lead efforts that are not only strategic but highly measurable, ensuring that we drive growth through cutting-edge technologies and continuous performance analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop & Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Design and implement full-funnel B2B demand generation strategies, leveraging AI-driven marketing tools and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Omnichannel & Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, email, and more) targeting ideal customer profiles across verticals.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance, messaging, creative, and buyer journeys based on data insights. Utilize AI tools for analytics and personalization.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Work with regional teams (marketing/product marketing/sales) to refine messaging and positioning for key personas and industries.
  • Tech Stack & Automation: Leverage AdTech, MarTech, and SalesTech platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Demandbase, Influ2, etc.) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Sales & SDR Alignment: Partner with SDRs and BDRs to deliver highly targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that accelerate deal velocity and conversion.
  • Collaboration with Agencies & Partners: Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies, ABM vendors, and other growth partners to drive demand generation at scale.
  • Performance Measurement: Own campaign analytics, MQL tracking, and marketing attribution models, ensuring every initiative drives measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
