Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement growth marketing strategies for clients across digital channels. Manage paid and organic campaigns including SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to deliver client-focused solutions. Identify growth opportunities and run experiments to increase lead generation and conversions. Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and streamline campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing. Prepare reports and present campaign results and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or similar digital marketing role. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, PPC, content marketing. Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Ability to develop strategies, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Creative mindset with a focus on experimentation and performance growth. Preferred: Experience working in a marketing agency or multi-client environment. Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
