The Growth Marketing Manager (GMM) for Greece will own the local execution of Superbet’s growth strategy, acting as the central link between central planning, local MDs, and cross-functional teams (Brand, CRM, BI, Product). This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence to drive sustainable customer acquisition and retention in the Greek market. What you will be doing : 1. Market Planning & Strategy Execution Consolidate inputs from central growth planning and local MD into a monthly Consolidated Growth Plan. Translate business objectives into actionable growth strategies across channels. Ensure alignment between performance targets (FTDs, ROI, Value-In) and campaign execution. 2. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the key communication point between Brand, CRM, Product, and central Growth. Lead the monthly briefing process for local market creative (working with Studio). Coordinate inputs into central planning cycles and ensure alignment with BI and Effectiveness teams. 3. Execution Oversight Work with channel specialists (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates) to ensure plans are implemented effectively. Ensure all campaigns are tracked, measured, and fed back into PCAs. Support tactical optimisation where required. 4. Insights & Competitor Monitoring Provide regular updates on local competitor activity, market dynamics, and regulatory changes. Identify opportunities for growth through local insights and customer behaviour analysis. 5. Feedback & Development Loops Lead local Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) and ensure findings feed into future planning. Share learnings with central Growth and across markets. Support embedding of Test & Learn initiatives within the Greek market. We are looking for someone who has : Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing. Strong understanding of growth levers in gaming/betting (acquisition, retention, value). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and apply insights. Strong organisational skills — able to manage multiple stakeholders, briefs, and plans simultaneously. Fluency in Greek and English. Responsibilities
