Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, transforming technical capabilities into market-ready positioning, compelling narratives, and scalable programs that drive demand and revenue.
You’ll be embedded in our multinational Group Marketing function, working from our Copenhagen office, and collaborating closely with commercial and product leaders across the Trifork group. This role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for someone who thrives on building, influencing, and delivering measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for key products, platforms, and services, from positioning and messaging to launch and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Translate complex technical and commercial offerings into clear, differentiated, and value-driven messaging for defined audiences and segments.
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns with a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM) and paid digital activation, in close collaboration with demand generation and content teams.
  • Create high-impact content and sales enablement materials, including product sheets, value propositions, battle cards, landing pages, and thought leadership.
  • Continuously refine and optimise messaging and campaign performance based on customer insights, competitive intelligence, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey and GTM efforts.
