Description
REAL is building an AI Execution Platform for real estate organizations. Today, the data required to run real estate is scattered across fragmented systems, leading to missed insights and preventable financial leakage. REAL transforms this complexity into connected intelligence and automated execution, enabling enterprises to operate with greater precision and confidence. What You’ll Do: - Define and execute REAL’s early growth and performance marketing strategy. - Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including: - Search & intent-based acquisition (e.g., Google Ads: high-intent keywords, competitor terms, landing page testing). - B2B and account-based growth (e.g., LinkedIn: ICP targeting, ABM-style campaigns, outbound amplification). - Paid social experimentation (e.g., Meta: rapid creative testing, audience expansion, performance-driven scaling). - Test acquisition channels rapidly and identify scalable growth opportunities. - Build outbound, inbound, and partnership-driven growth motions. - Work closely with Sales (and later Product Marketing) to convert demand into qualified pipeline. - Own performance measurement: define success metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize campaigns. - Use AI tools to accelerate campaign creation, audience segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and reporting. - Build the foundations for a repeatable, AI-native growth engine. What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or early-stage GTM roles. - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with comfort owning funnel and pipeline metrics. - Hands-on experience running experiments across paid search, paid social, outbound, and lifecycle channels. - Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and build from zero to one. - High ownership, bias for action, and comfort being both strategic and executional. - Demonstrated experience using AI to scale marketing velocity and efficiency. Nice To Have: - Experience in Video & awareness-driven demand (e.g., YouTube: short-form video tests, retargeting viewers, creative iteration). - Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise GTM. - Experience working closely with Product Marketing or Product teams. - Background in AI, data, or technical products. - Prior experience as a first or early marketing hire at a startup.
Responsibilities
