As a Growth Marketer, you’ll be more than a channel operator. You’ll be a traction-first builder who thrives on testing, learning, iterating, and executing to discover what really moves the needle. Every campaign is an experiment, every message is a hypothesis, and every win—no matter how small—is fuel for scale.
That means moving fast. When we spot an opportunity, we don’t wait for the dev team—we spin up a landing page, launch a test, and validate in days (not months). Whether it’s Webflow, Unbounce, HubSpot, Instapage, or Carrd, you’ll know how to quickly build pages that convert and capture the signals we need to double down—or pivot.
And you won’t just do this for our ventures—you’ll be working directly with clients, helping founders, executives, and innovation leaders find traction in their markets. You’ll sit across from clients, understand their goals, and translate them into growth experiments that unlock demand and accelerate scale. It isn’t just about creating lists, running ads or posting content—you’ll help us figure out where traction lives, codify those learnings into playbooks, and execute to scale ventures with confidence.
Most importantly, you’ll bring the leverage of AI into everything you do. From surfacing insights in messy data, to generating campaign variations in minutes, to predicting which segments to test first—AI will be your co-pilot, giving you speed to market and freeing you to focus on strategy, creativity, and traction.

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute multi-hannel campaigns across email, paid, social, SEO, and partnerships.
  • Work directly with clients to design, launch, and optimize traction-first experiments.
  • Rapidly spin up and refine landing pages using platforms like Webflow, Unbounce, HubSpot, Instapage, or Carrd.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, campaign testing, and market validation—bringing speed and precision to the funnel.
  • Apply a traction-first mindset: test hypotheses, measure outcomes, double down on what works and execute against learnings.
  • Map and optimize full funnels—from awareness to conversion—always asking, “Where’s the traction?”
  • Run A/B tests, analyze campaign data, surface insights (with AI support), and share actionable recommendations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with venture, sales, and product teams to align growth strategy with go-to-market priorities.
  • Document and share learnings to strengthen repeatable playbooks across ventures.
