SUMMARY

Eagle Eye Networks is looking to hire a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of online marketing campaigns for our partners and end users, aimed at driving demand and revenue growth in the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for the creation, implementation, analysis, and management of impactful digital campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising. The ideal candidate will have more than 7 years of hands-on experience, whether in-house or at an agency, with a demonstrated ability to consult, launch, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. This position is based in our Amsterdam office reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience with global campaign setup, execution, tracking, and analysis using a variety of external and internal reporting tools.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, an analytical mind-set.
  • Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently.
  • Expert in using web, digital advertising, ABM, conversion optimization, nurture, and more as part of a comprehensive growth strategy
  • Working knowledge of a partner relationship manager (PRM), Zoho, Google Suite, Excel, Hubspot, Monday.com or similar tools preferred.
  • Fluent English speaking and any other languages are a huge plus for this role.
  • Experience in the Security sector is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Consult, plan, build, and manage the regional digital marketing strategy, including email marketing, social media and online advertising campaigns to generate demand.
  • Collaborate with the Eagle Eye Networks marketing team to develop campaign assets and ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand efforts.
  • Deliver in-depth weekly and monthly KPI reports to communicate performance trends.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive revenue and actively participate in formulating strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Advise on shifts in program audiences, keyword mix, channels, tactics, and media partners based on performance.
  • Modify copy and landing pages for digital marketing campaigns to optimize conversion.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring our marketing initiatives are innovative and effective.
  • Localize global marketing assets (e.g., product one-pagers, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages) for regional use as needed, ensuring messaging aligns with local terminology, compliance standards, and cultural context.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to gather market insights and tailor content to address local customer pain points and use cases.
