QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing role (growth or digital marketing preferred)
  • Familiarity with the paid Meta channel
  • Demonstrated comfortability with analyzing marketing data
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Growth Marketing Specialist will play a key role in helping get more people to the virtual doors of Equip by managing the performance of existing and new digital channels (with a focus on Paid Meta), and growth partnerships. They will also support overall growth marketing initiatives through data analysis and insights gathering.
This person should have a foundational understanding of digital marketing and paid social – including Meta – and a bias towards action. Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders are a must.
