As Specialist, Growth Marketing for CENTURY 21®, you’ll play a key role in supporting franchise sales and agent recruiting efforts through innovative marketing campaigns and programs. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Franchise Marketing, you’ll help develop and implement strategies that attract top talent and new franchisees to the network. If you’re detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about marketing that drives results, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.  Key Responsibilities  Campaign Development & Execution  * Support the Senior Manager in creating and implementing franchise sales and agent recruiting marketing campaigns.  * Assist with content development for digital, social, and print channels to promote the CENTURY 21 value proposition.  * Oversee material development, strategy and partnership execution for brand’s Fine Homes & Estates luxury program.  Project Management  * Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing initiatives to ensure on-time execution.  * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain brand consistency across all materials.  Creative & Platform Support  * Provide design and content support for recruiting and franchise marketing assets, including Canva templates and presentations.  * Assist in updating and maintaining marketing collateral and resources for the field.  Performance Tracking  * Help monitor campaign performance and compile reporting to inform future strategies.    Qualifications  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.  1. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in franchise or recruitment marketing.  1. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.  1. Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.  1.
