Description

ABOUT MOMENTUM

Momentum is a digital agency building custom healthtech software for startups, scaleups, and clinics in Europe and the US. We exist to empower people and accelerate healthcare by building seamless digital products — fast, safely, and smartly. Based in Wrocław, Poland, we’re scaling fast and rebranding to become the go-to tech partner in healthtech.
Now, we’re building a Growth team that moves just as fast as the market we serve. We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist with a growth mindset, a bias for action, and the ability to execute across digital channels to generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll own the operational aspects of our marketing funnel, ensuring all activities align with our lead generation goals while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Content Specialist while taking ownership of campaign management, marketing automation, paid channels, and performance tracking. You’ll be the driving force behind our marketing operations, ensuring deadlines are met, campaigns are optimized, and our inbound lead generation engine runs smoothly.
This isn’t a role for passive marketers. We need someone who can coordinate marketing activities across channels, understand the bigger picture, and proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email, social media, and paid channels to drive lead generation
  • Set up and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and industry newsletters
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot for marketing automation, email workflows, lead scoring, and CRM health
  • Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns to nurture leads through different stages of the funnel
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, channel effectiveness)
  • Build and optimize landing pages, test content and CTAs, and improve conversion rates (Webflow)
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and funnel strategy and ensure timely execution of planned activities
  • Set up and maintain proper tracking for all marketing activities (UTM parameters, conversion events)
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement efficiency improvements across marketing operations
  • Ensure full alignment between marketing messaging, ICP problems, and our sales narrative.
