SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5+ years in a demand generation, growth marketing, or inbound-focused B2B role, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or learning platforms.
  • Track record of building campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the full B2B funnel – and how to move prospects through it.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Ahrefs
  • Confident working with sales teams, performance data, and revenue targets.
  • Strong written and creative briefing skills, with a knack for making data actionable.
  • Experience using intent data, lead scoring, or account-based marketing tools.
  • Background in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Exposure to product-led growth or self-service models.
  • Previous use of tools like HubSpot

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will lead the strategy and execution of campaigns that generate qualified leads, support rapid revenue growth, and scale our marketing performance across all core channels. This is a hands-on role for a growth marketing specialist who thrives on driving measurable outcomes. You’ll blend the core functions of demand generation, inbound marketing, and growth strategy to continuously test, optimise, and improve how we attract, engage, and convert customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, email, content.
  • Build scalable growth strategies to acquire customers and expand adoption, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Own the lead funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to qualified opportunities, ensuring full alignment with the sales team.
  • Optimise performance through A/B testing, analytics, and funnel conversion insights.
  • Launch rapid experiments and growth tests, learning fast and scaling what works.
  • Develop inbound programmes using SEO, content, and organic engagement tactics to attract high-quality traffic.
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing to ensure messaging and assets are optimised for demand performance. Own reporting to measure performance across CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion.
