We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Trainee to support the end-to-end execution of marketing and subscription campaigns, focusing on growth operations, performance tracking, and social media branding Key Responsibilities 1. Campaigns & Subscription Support Support with end-to-end execution of marketing & subscription campaigns, from banner creation, set up to in-app operations Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out marketing projects Support the teams in daily administrative tasks 2. Growth Operations & Performance Create, distribute, and manage vouchers across various marketing channels Track & monitor metrics and assist in pulling weekly & monthly data to be put together for reporting Support basic billing reconciliation for vendor or platform spend. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities 3. Social Media & Branding Assist in the ideation, liaison, creation and scheduling of content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.). Support initiatives that connect with users — from giveaways to social seeding to on-ground activations Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and campaign management Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Creative, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: up to SGD 2400 - monthly
