Description
About CARE At CARE, we are redefining preventive healthcare in Switzerland. Our digital health platform combines advanced medical check-ups with a powerful app that allows customers to track their biomarkers over time, receive personalized medical reports, and actively improve their long-term health. Our mission is to accelerate the transition from a reactive healthcare system to a preventive one — empowering people to take control of their health before problems arise. To support our growth in Switzerland, we are looking for a multi-lingual (FR, EN, DE) growth talent with a strong interest in growth marketing, business development and market expansion. This traineeship is limited to 6 months, with a clear perspective for a permanent position. You will work closely with the founders and the growth team to increase CARE’s footprint in Switzerland and specifically Romandie, with a strong focus on online marketing, growth initiatives, partnerships and market execution. This role is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and ideal for someone who wants to learn how a healthtech startup scales from the inside. Tasks Support the market expansion of CARE in Switzerland with a focus on French-speaking Switzerland Craft, adapt, and localize marketing messages, landing pages, newsletters, and ads for the French-speaking audience — being comfortable appearing on camera for marketing content is a plus. Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing and growth campaigns (paid & organic) Identify and test growth opportunities and unconventional acquisition ideas Support CRM initiatives (email journeys & push notification) Analyze campaign performance and customer funnels to derive actionable insights (strong Google Sheets skills are a plus). Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams Contribute to presentations, concepts, and documentation for growth initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or a related field Strong interest in Startups, online marketing, growth hacking, and digital business models Fluent in French and English (German is a strong plus) First practical experience in marketing, growth, consulting, startups, or digital projects is a plus Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach High level of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Passion for health, technology, and innovation Benefits Active role in scaling an innovative Swiss healthtech startup Direct collaboration with experienced founders and decision-makers who have built and exited companies at scale (>$100M) High learning curve across marketing, growth, and business development Real ownership and responsibility from day one Flat hierarchies and short decision paths Modern office at Hardbrücke in Zurich, embedded in a vibrant shared workspace alongside other startups; we prefer in-person collaboration but are open to remote arrangements. Competitive trainee compensation with the option for a permanent position based on performance and mutual fit, with the opportunity to participate in an employee stock option plan: CHF 2’500/month (no degree) CHF 2’750/month (Bachelor) CHF 3’000/month (Master)
