Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Growth & Automation Manager to join our New Channels team at Forbes Advisor. This role is all about finding the biggest opportunities, removing blockers, and moving quickly to deliver results that make a real commercial impact.
You’ll be at the intersection of data, engineering, business development, product, and marketing—spotting untapped opportunities, driving initiatives forward, and ensuring we’re always making the right trade-offs between speed and detail.

Responsibilities
  • Spot and validate high-impact opportunities for the New Channels team by backing up your recommendations with data-driven insights and commercial analysis.
  • Turn great ideas into actionable plans—and own delivery from inception to launch, working hands-on to remove obstacles along the way.
  • Automate processes using APIs, low-code tools, or quick scripting solutions to free up the team’s time and unlock new scale.
  • Work closely with Data and Engineering to ensure our data is integrated, reliable, and ready to power smart decisions.
  • Launch quick proof-of-concepts, measure their impact, and scale up the winners.
  • Drive commercial outcomes: track and communicate the tangible revenue or margin delivered by your work.
  • Accelerate new partner and category launches by streamlining workflows and clearing bottlenecks.
  • Communicate complex technical and business trade-offs succinctly for a variety of audiences.
  • Keep up with trends in paid digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.) or quickly master new ones as needed.
