Growth Operations Coordinator (Hybrid)   Job Description: We are seeking a Growth Operations Coordinator to assist in the delivery of high‑impact projects while ensuring data integrity across systems and solutions.   Responsibilities: * Attends select local events to cultivate new contacts, deepen relationships, and educate clients on OTJ’s value and offerings * Assists Team Members with OTJ-hosted events by planning and coordinating logistics and attendance.  * Demonstrates superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and effectively manages time to execute upon assigned tasks within set deadlines * Coordinates updates to assigned Studio, BD, and CRM pipelines (opportunities, contacts, accounts) * Actively monitors CRM inbox for studio pipeline management * Solicits formal and informal feedback from studios on pipelines (opportunities, contacts, accounts) * Maintains detailed client records and captures client and/or broker/PM feedback in CRM * Leverages CRM to prepare detailed and researched BD preps in preparation for key meetings and interviews * Assists in the development of bespoke client follow-ups that advance the firm’s win rate (tee-ups, direct emails, etc.) * Supports senior BD team members with CRM Pipelines * Coordinates pipeline reviews with assigned studios by preparing reports and gathering information * In partnership with senior BD team members, proactively guides studios to implement win strategies and further develop relationships * Inputs and updates CRM to connect all relevant dots and strategize next steps * Leverages CRM tools for Studio, BD, and Senior BD Pipeline Management and Initiative Development Qualifications: * 1-5 years of experience * Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, real estate, or a related field * Proficiency in Office 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) * Superior communication skills * Ability to adhere to the strictest level of confidentiality with a customer service mindset * Excellent interpersonal skills and superior Emotional Quotient (EQ) * Proficiency in the use of CRM tools (Salesforce), Deltek, and Costar * Knowledge of the A/E/C industry preferred About OTJ: OTJ is a premier architecture and design firm with offices in Washington, D.C., New York City, Miami, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas, and Chicago.
