What do we do? 🤠 At Weekday, we are building the next frontier in hiring, transforming the way companies are recruiting with the help of superior sourcing technologies. 1. We are building an extremely rich database of candidates filled with hard to get signals. Examples of such signals: Actively looking out for a job, Recommendation/Feedback from people connected to them i.e .scouts, Latest Resume, Current salary, Job Interests of the candidate 2. Coming up with innovative ways to make undiscoverable talent discoverable 3. Matching of right candidates with right companies; reducing mismatches/rejects from each side 4. We believe “finding” part of our problem statement is the more important than “hiring” part as a lot of things get solved if we solve top of the funnel part well We are backed by Y Combinator (early investors in Stripe, Airbnb, DoorDash, Coinbase, Instacart, Dropbox, Twitch, and Reddit) and are well-funded. Requirements What will you work on? The growth team at Weekday engages with ~20,000 companies every week across various growth initiatives, and this number is consistently growing. Your primary job will be to help us grow this number through hands-on execution of initiatives that are provably working. 1. Your typical week might look like this in the initial months: 2. Take up ad-hoc operational tasks to keep the growth engine running smoothly. 3. Set up and monitor marketing campaigns across different channels. 4. Stay in touch with clients and help them with relevant candidate sourcing via Weekday. 5. Contribute to content marketing — posts, emails, case studies, social, etc. 6. Work on SEO + AI-powered SEO to improve organic reach. 7. Run and maintain automations to reduce manual effort and speed up workflows. 8. Research new growth opportunities, partnerships, and channels. 9. Help sales/growth team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups. You will be a good fit if: 1. You have 6–12 months of experience in a startup environment and want to get deeper into hands-on execution in a fast-paced setup. (Exceptional fresh grads are welcome too.) 2. You take high ownership, are self-driven, and have a “get things done” mindset. 3. Being based in Bangalore is a plus. 4. Experience in content marketing or basic coding is a bonus (not mandatory). 5. Curiosity for growth, automation, and new tools is appreciated. Benefits 1.
