Description
The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple’s media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple Apple services, including: Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One. Apple is seeking a self-driven and solutions-oriented customer journey architect who will be responsible for designing marketing automation flows and launching multi-channel customer communications for Apple services. They will work cross-functionally with various teams including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications for Apple Services, ultimately driving awareness and engagement of Apple services and products. DESCRIPTION This position will work cross-functionally to develop and execute customer notifications for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a matrix organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives Technical proficiency in building automation flows with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle Responsys High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in SQL to target customers through customer segmentation. Action-oriented and resourceful innovator who can cut through ambiguity and roadblocks. Fights for excellence to deliver projects with high attention to detail and quality Ability to think clearly with a strategic mindset when making decisions for any situation.
