Description
The Growth Operations Manager is responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable growth systems across a two-sided marketplace. This role combines technical execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our demand (Brands) and supply (Creators) engines run efficiently and continuously improve. You will own how data, tooling, and workflows translate into predictable growth outcomes. What You’ll Do ● Design, build, and scale automated demand and acquisition systems for both brand and creator growth. ● Own end-to-end growth workflows, from data sourcing and enrichment through outreach, qualification, and handoff. ● Scrape, aggregate, and enrich creator and brand data across multiple platforms and data sources. ● Build and maintain data orchestration and enrichment workflows to surface hard-to-find contact information. ● Own the reliability, integration, and performance of the GTM stack, ensuring clean data flow and minimal operational friction. ● Diagnose and resolve tooling, sync, and data quality issues across systems. ● Design and run structured experiments across targeting, messaging, and channels, turning insights into repeatable improvements. ● Analyze funnel performance and operational bottlenecks, using data to drive system-level changes. ● Partner closely with SDR, Client Partners, Creator Ops, and Product to align growth operations with business goals. ● Operate with high ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just activity. What You Bring ● 5–7 years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar GTM-focused role. ● Strong technical proficiency with modern growth and sales tooling, including CRMs, enrichment platforms, outbound execution tools, and data scraping solutions. ● Experience building multi-step automation and enrichment workflows (e.g., orchestration tools like Clay). ● Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel data, identify root causes, and prioritize high-impact work. ● Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments with ambiguous problems. ● A disciplined, outcomes-oriented mindset with strong attention to data integrity and operational rigor.
