What this role is responsible for: You'll design and maintain the systems that power everything from lead generation to enrolment and you'll be the person everyone calls when something breaks. You'll live in HubSpot, speak fluent automation, and care deeply about data quality. You'll work across marketing, admissions, and leadership, with direct impact on conversion rates and revenue. What you'll actually do: Own and configure HubSpot across all global markets. Build and manage automated nurturing journeys. Implement lead scoring that reflects real buyer intent. Keep our database clean and our emails landing in inboxes. Translate how our admissions process actually works into scalable workflows. Build dashboards that leadership can trust. You're right for this if: You have 4–5 years in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations and strong hands-on HubSpot experience. You're analytical, detail-oriented, and can move between strategy and execution without losing momentum. Multi-region experience is a bonus, and so is a background in education, SaaS, or high-consideration sales.
