Driver Growth Operations team members are very important for the expansion and sustainability of the business. The ideal candidates for our opening roles should have very strong analytical skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL, etc.) and feel comfortable transforming insights into business decisions.
You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to DiDi growth in LATAM!
Role Responsibilities:

As part of the team driving driver growth and community development across Latin America, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage, and support new drivers. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for solving complex operational challenges.

  • Designing and executing initiatives to acquire new drivers across Spanish-speaking LatAm, using data to guide decisions and maximize efficiency.
  • Overseeing daily operations of driver communities, ensuring the smooth rollout of product launches, incentive programs, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, aligning stakeholders and coordinating timelines and deliverables.
  • Owning the development and performance of driver acquisition incentives, ensuring impact and scalability across markets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Defining and analyzing data dashboards to track key performance indicators and identify opportunities for growth or optimization.
  • Collaborating with product teams to adapt and improve offerings based on driver needs and market dynamics.
  • Navigating ambiguous and complex problems with creativity, agility, and critical thinking.
  • Driving a culture of experimentation by leading testing efforts and generating actionable insights.

Role Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who brings both analytical rigor and hands-on problem-solving to the table—someone who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership, and enjoys collaborating across teams. If you’re passionate about driving impact through data and operational excellence, this role could be a great fit.

  • A strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Actuarial Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in operations, growth, project management, or similar roles, preferably in tech-driven environments.
  • A data-first mindset, with a strong interest in analytics. Experience with tools like SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and a natural ease when working with new platforms or database tools.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and self-directed attitude, with a track record of taking ownership and following through on complex tasks.
