Aigeon is building the next-generation Email Service Provider (ESP) SaaS, leveraging AI to simplify newsletter creation, audience growth, and monetization. As our first dedicated Growth Partnership Manager for Aigeon.ai, you are more than a strategist; you are the primary operator responsible for executing and proving our commercial model. This is a highly hands-on, high-ownership role that will directly lay the foundation for scalable growth. You will own the entire commercial lifecycle—from initial awareness to successful adoption and retention—with the explicit goal of building and eventually leading the entire GTM team Key Responsibilities 1. GTM Strategy & User Acquisition (The Growth Engine) Develop and Execute User Acquisition Strategies: Relentlessly test and iterate on various acquisition channels (e.g., outreach, partnerships, paid, content) to identify and scale the most efficient sources of high-quality leads. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential high-value leads and key accounts (newsletter creators, small media brands, content-driven businesses) for targeted outreach and sales-led motions. Financial Forecasting: Own the top-line revenue forecast, build and manage business models, track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR). 2. Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) & Market Positioning Market Segmentation: Conduct deep market research to refine and validate our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and high-value segments in the newsletter/content creation economy. Messaging & Positioning: Work closely with product marketing team to craft compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the unique value of aigeon.ai (especially its AI features) compared to legacy ESPs and newer competitors. Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitors (beehiiv, Substack, ConvertKit) and market trends, feeding actionable insights back to the Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap. 3. Cross-Functional Execution & Product Launch Product-GTM Coordination: Serve as the critical bridge between the Executive, Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams. Coordinate all cross-functional activities to ensure key features and product launches are shipped on time with a complete GTM plan. GTMPlaybooks: Develop initial playbooks, pricing guidance, and objection-handling materials for any outreach or partnership development activities, focusing on repeatability and scale. What You'll Bring (Qualifications) 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or a similar commercial role in the SaaS industry. Proven Experience in an Early-Stage Environment: You have a track record of building GTM functions from the ground up, preferably at a Seed or Series A/B stage company ($0M - $10M ARR). Data-Driven & Analytical: Expert-level proficiency in leveraging data to inform strategy, manage a forecast, and demonstrate an impact. Strategic & Tactical Versatility: The ability to think strategically about market fit and business growth while being willing to execute hands-on daily tasks (e.g., setting up a marketing campaign, writing initial email copy, conducting lead research). Communication & Leadership: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to key stakeholders.
