The Role:
We’re seeking a versatile Growth & Partnerships Lead to own multiple revenue streams and growth channels. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos and wants to build something meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Marketing (40%)
Execute multi-channel growth campaigns (social, email, content)
Manage and optimize our 90-day Founders Challenge
Create viral content and manage community engagement
Track metrics and iterate quickly based on data
Business Development & Partnerships (40%)
Identify and secure strategic partnerships with organizations serving our target communities
Negotiate affiliate deals with relevant brands and platforms
Build relationships with universities, community groups, and financial literacy organizations
Develop referral programs and ambassador networks
Affiliate Program Management (20%)
Design and launch our affiliate program infrastructure
Recruit and onboard affiliate partners
Create affiliate resources and marketing materials
Monitor performance and optimize commission structures

Requirements:
1+ years in growth, marketing, partnerships, or business development
Proven track record of driving measurable growth (show us your numbers!)
Experience with affiliate marketing, ambassador or partnership programs
Strong understanding of social media and community building
UK resident with right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
Ideal Candidate:
