You’ll play a pivotal role in driving Monzo’s next phase of growth. With 1 in 6 new UK businesses applying for a Monzo Business account, we’re now setting our sights on the switcher market. Your mission: identify and scale strategic partnerships that unlock growth in this segment and build sustainable acquisition channels.

Leading the end-to-end strategy and execution of partnerships to accelerate growth and deliver value. You’ll optimise existing relationships and scale new opportunities by:
Collaborating Across Teams: Partner closely with teams across Product Growth, Risk, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure cohesive integration, improve acquisition performance, and gather insights to inform strategy.
