YOUR SKILLS

With a strong background in product management focused on user activation, you thrive on complex growth challenges and enjoy working in a mission-driven environment. You’re self-sufficient, passionate about data, user psychology, and accelerating product value for every user.

  • 5+ years in B2B product management or growth, with proven success in user activation or engagement.
  • A record of success in enhancing key activation metrics through data-backed experimentation.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Very high degree of conviction and self-sufficiency proven by either a.) working in a tech-scaleup or b.) having operated in a tech-legacy dominated environment.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and A/B testing methodologies.
  • A genuine interest in understanding user behavior and refining product-market fit through activation.
  • Technical assessment will be conducted during the hiring process.
