THE ROLE
Oddbox is on a mission to fight food waste and make it easier for people to eat well with the planet in mind. Our next big step? Launching a new meal solution that puts rescued veg centre-stage. This role will help us bring the first version of that idea to life.
We’re looking for a passionate Growth Product Manager to lead the delivery and iteration of the MVP for our new meal solution proposition. This role will sit at the centre of the project bringing clarity, coordination, and momentum to cross-functional workstreams spanning product, procurement, operations, tech, marketing, customer and commercial.
You’ll make sure the MVP is delivered on time and to a high standard. After launch, you’ll help us learn quickly, improve with clear intent and scale the MVP rapidly.
This is a unique opportunity to build something new from the ground up, work across the business, and make a real impact — for people, planet, and plate.
This role reports directly to Emilie, the CEO and co-founder.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll bring structure, energy and focus to a complex, fast-moving project — and help make sure what we build is desirable, scalable, and commercially sound.
