Role Summary At GluCare.Health, we are redefining metabolic healthcare through data-driven growth and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly analytical, execution-focused Growth Projects Lead to operate at the center of our growth engine. This is not a coordination role, this is an ownership role. You will lead cross-functional growth initiatives from ideation to execution and measurable impact. You will build reporting infrastructure, launch new revenue streams, optimize conversion funnels, and serve as a force multiplier to the Head of Growth by driving high-priority strategic projects forward. Core Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Growth Project Ownership Own strategic growth initiatives from concept to launch to optimization. Drive cross-functional execution across marketing, clinical, operations, finance, contact center, and tech teams. Create clear project plans with milestones, owners, and measurable KPIs. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with zero dependency bottlenecks. 2. Growth Analytics & Reporting Infrastructure Design and build reporting frameworks across the full growth funnel (Leads → Bookings → Show-ups → Revenue). Develop dashboards and KPI tracking systems to provide real-time visibility into performance. Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities. Establish structured reporting cadence for leadership review. Translate complex data into actionable strategic insights. 3. Operational Growth Optimization Improve lead management processes and CRM workflows in collaboration with the contact center team. Drive structured experimentation (A/B testing, messaging, funnel improvements). 4. Strategic Overview & Support Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking for new initiatives. Build financial models, ROI projections, and payback analyses for new growth ideas. Prioritize high-impact initiatives and ensure execution momentum. Track progress across multiple growth workstreams and ensure accountability. Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and opportunities. KPIs & Success Metrics Successful launch of major growth initiatives within agreed timelines. Measurable revenue contribution from new growth projects. Improvement in key funnel metrics (CPL, conversion rate, show-up rate, revenue per patient). Implementation of structured reporting infrastructure across growth. Experience: 3-4 years in Growth, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or High-Growth Startups. Analytical Strength: Extremely strong with numbers and financial modeling. Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance metrics. Ability to think in unit economics and ROI. Project Management: Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills. Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. Strategic Thinking: Ability to zoom out (strategy) and zoom in (execution). Comfortable working in ambiguity and building frameworks from scratch. Communication: Clear, structured thinker. Nice to Have Startup or scale-up experience. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
