Role: What Youll Own: - As a part of the Growth CRM team, youll take end-to-end ownership of campaigns across Off-App channels of Scapia. Youll work closely with marketing, design product, and analytics teams to craft communications that not only drive engagement but also deepen their experience with Scapia. - This role is ideal for someone whos analytical, user-obsessed, and eager to drive real impact through personalized communication. 1. User Journey Exploration: - Understand how travelers move from search to booking to post-tripand how CRM can make that journey smoother and more personal. - Own CRM strategies for different user segments based on behavior, preferences, and product milestones. - Identify friction points and proactively design journeys that nudge users forward. 2. Campaign Planning & Execution: - Take campaigns from idea to execution across push, email, and other off-app channels that actually drive travel. - Segment users, shape impactful copy and design, and bring campaigns to life across CRM touchpoints. 3. Experimentation & Optimization: - Run A/B tests across CRM channelsform hypotheses, build variants, and track key metrics like opens, clicks, and conversions. - Learn to iterate fast and continuously improve what we say, when we say it, and how it lands. 4. CrossTeam Collaboration: - Work closely with product, ops, category teams, and analytics to ensure CRM campaigns align with user needs and business goals. - Translate briefs into well-scoped CRM journeys and reactivation strategies. 5. Analytics & Reporting: - Build insights that reveal how users engage and where we can do better Who You Are: -You have at least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or CRMand you're looking for a role where you can learn fast and contribute meaningfully. - You're curious, self-motivated, and excited to work at the intersection of user behavior, design, and communication. - You're analytical comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and using insights to improve campaign performance. - Youre confident managing execution across push, email, and WhatsApp, and keen to experiment, measure, and iterate. - Familiarity with tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, or WebEngage is a plus, but not a mustyou pick up tools quickly and enjoy figuring things out.
