About the job: We are looking for a data-loving "Growth Specialist " to support and scale our growth initiatives across paid acquisition, on-site performance, and customer retention. The role will focus on monitoring active advertising campaigns, optimizing on-site activities, and driving customer retention through effective segmentation and performance analysis. In this role, you will: Paid Acquisition & Ad Monitoring Monitor the performance of active digital advertising campaigns across all channels Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies to ensure ads are aligned with business goals Flag underperforming campaigns and recommend corrective actions On-Site Performance Management Manage and evaluate the performance of on-site activities (banners, promotions, placements, landing pages, etc.) Analyze user behavior on-site to identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities Work closely with product, category, and marketing teams to improve on-site conversion and engagement Customer Retention & Segmentation Build, maintain, and optimize customer segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and performance Monitor retention, repeat purchase, and churn metrics across customer cohorts Support the execution and analysis of retention initiatives Provide actionable insights to improve customer lifetime value (LTV) If you're ready to take your career to the next level and contribute to the success of a thriving organization, B.TECH is the place for you. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 1+ years of experience in a growth or marketing role, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace businesses.
