We’re seeking a Growth Specialist to drive new customer acquisition, nurture key accounts, and guide organizations through their onboarding and success journey. This role blends inbound and outbound lead generation, account-based marketing and sales, product demonstration and customer success strategy to create a seamless growth engine. Our ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats in a startup environment - scrappy, strategic, and adaptable. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years’ experience in SaaS sales, growth, customer success, or marketing (bonus if in health tech or CRM tools).
  • Proven success with account-based outreach, lead generation, or customer expansion strategies.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) for managing deals, contacts, and workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
  • Ability to travel to conferences throughout the US

Responsibilities
  • Account-based Sales and Marketing: You’ll identify and target high-value accounts and develop tailored outreach campaigns across numerous channels
  • Account Management: you’re the primary point of contact for a book of accounts, and will be available for customer support. You’ll also analyze usage data and bring reports to the sales team.
  • Onboarding and Customer Success: you’d be guiding new accounts through the onboarding process, from activation to implementation of referral and CRM workflows
