Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re not building just another campaign team. We’re building the future of how Okta and Auth0 go to market — using signals, buyer intent, and growth experimentation to create real pipeline.
As our first Growth Strategist & Program Owner, you’ll help design, test, and scale signal-based GTM programs from the ground up. You’ll work directly with our Director of Strategic Growth Experiments to turn market insights into action — and action into meetings, pipeline, and repeatable playbooks.
This role is part operator, part growth hacker, and part strategist. If you were a top SDR or GTM player who’s ready to move upstream, build fast, and help scale a new kind of growth motion — we want to talk.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$128,000—$192,000 USD
