In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our growth initiatives, assisting in the execution of engaging in-person events across the United States. Your contributions will significantly impact brand recognition and client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about marketing and events, aiming to create a positive, real-world impact in the staffing industry. \n Accountabilities Travel up to 50% of the month to cities across the US to support and execute our in-person events. Engage with event attendees to foster a sense of community and build strong relationships with prospective customers in person. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand off to close deals. Make calls to prospective customers to secure event attendance. Write tailored emails to prospects and customers to follow-up on their experience. Track and analyze event outcomes and learnings, providing insights for continuous improvement. Contribute to the overall growth marketing strategy for Project MTO. Requirements A creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for marketing and events who gains energy from being around people. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and collaborative team player who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. A passion for our mission to lift people up the socioeconomic ladder. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Speed and bias for action; flexibility and adaptability are key. Willingness and ownership to take initiative when needed.
