Growth & Strategy Director Location: Huntsville, AL IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Growth and Strategy Director. The candidate must be a self-starter, organized and have exceptional communication skills. The Growth and Strategy Director will work with business development for initiatives and proposals, and internal divisions to assist in business opportunities. The Growth and Strategy Director will be expected to increase the IMS business with current (organic) and new (inorganic) customers, along with identifying opportunities they can support a customer. The Growth and Strategy Director will also support IMS new business proposal(s) development. Job Duties: Develop short term, mid-term, and long-term goals and strategy for corporate growth. Develop teaming strategies to maximize Probably-of-Win and IMS workshare allocations. Schedule and lead meetings with potential customers and members of industry. Support PEO Aviation by identifying a position to fill and support a customer full-time. Mentor Business Development (BD) Lead(s) on identifying opportunities and capturing future work. Brief status of PEO growth efforts during Corporate BD IPT and Business Strategy IPTs. Oversee/provide support to all PEO Aviation Growth and Strategy efforts. Schedule meetings with potential customers and members of industry. Develop professional relationships with partnering companies. Assist in the development and coordination of teaming agreements / arrangements. Serve as a member of the Corporate BD Data Miners Team. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Education and General Experience: A bachelor’s degree at least twenty-five (25) years of supporting Government Program Offices and other non-government organizations closely related to the Defense Acquisition Process. Previous Business Development experience is also preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to work without daily guidance and supervision.
