QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare, or related field).
  • Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to work effectively in diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Highly organized and efficient; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of growth projects, including digital, partnerships, and customer engagement activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with regional and country leadership, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and sessions to share findings, evaluate options, define solutions, and develop associated business cases.
  • Conduct market research and analysis on critical business problems, including market dynamics, customer behavior, unmet needs, and best-practice case studies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in commercial market metrics. Develop and present data-driven insights to support decision-making.
