WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING We’re building a team that drives analytical insights and Growth strategy at Trade Republic. The Growth Strategy team brings understanding to our key growth initiatives and new products. We work together with our key partners in Growth and Product to accelerate long-term growth for Trade Republic. Your work will contribute to achieving our mission, be highly visible to marketing and company leadership and will drive key insights for the entire company. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct (market) analysis to support crucial management decisions Develop strategic perspectives on questions related to acquisition, product adoption, pricing and competitive developments Leverage data and analysis to create business cases to guide resource allocation that maximize acquisition, engagement and retention Create insightful presentations and memos that facilitate decision-making by founders Collaborate closely with Growth leadership WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business or engineering, with excellent grades or between studies taking a gap year First professional experience – internships are fine – in a high growth function in which strategic analysis is essential (e.g., consulting, tech or similar) Can-do-attitude and high willingness to learn Experienced with Excel, very basic experience with SQL is a plus WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
