THE ROLE

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Growth Strategy Lead to drive performance and accelerate growth across our portfolio of entities. As a key player in the Global Growth Strategy function, you will be responsible for deep-diving into growth opportunities, optimizing business performance, and enabling knowledge transfer across markets.
This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, problem-solving skills, and business acumen. In addition, you will explore AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency in performance analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Growth Strategy & Performance Optimization

  • Own the performance of a portfolio of entities, ensuring growth targets are met.
  • Conduct deep dives into key growth topics, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional growth projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and oversee governance structures, routines, and reporting frameworks for the cluster.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and knowledge transfer across local teams.

AI-Enabled Analytics & Insights

  • Assess and evaluate AI tools to enhance performance deep dives, recurring analysis, and reporting.
  • Identify AI-driven opportunities for budget optimization, creative analytics, and strategic insights.
  • Support automation and efficiency improvements in weekly business reviews and forecasting.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a strategic partner to local and global teams, ensuring consistency in growth strategy execution.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, finance, and operations to drive sustainable growth.
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies to enhance decision-making across the organization.
