Qualifications You will be: Client-oriented, with strong advisory, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly skilled at simplifying complexity and articulating strategic insights A creative yet analytical problem-solver with sound business acumen Capable of structuring quantitative and qualitative research to inform conclusions Inclusive, open-minded, and comfortable working with diverse perspectives Confident managing independent work while thriving in a collaborative team environment Required & Preferred Background Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills 4+ years of relevant professional experience, including consulting or equivalent experience in a strategy, client‑facing, or analytical role Experience or familiarity with industries such as CPG, technology, healthcare/life sciences, transportation, or others where growth strategy is central Experience developing strategy within a company or consulting environment (preferred) Additional Information Additional Information Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site or at the office.
