The Opportunity We’re hiring a Growth Associate to design and execute scalable outbound campaigns, generate qualified pipeline, and support go-to-market initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations: you’ll be using cutting-edge tools (Clay, Growth Machine, Apollo) to build automated, highly personalized campaigns that reach decision-makers at some of the world’s largest companies. If you’ve dabbled in outbound sales, love tinkering with growth tools, and want to build a career at the frontier of climate and AI-driven SaaS, this is the chance to join a small, high-caliber team where your work will be visible to the entire leadership team. What You’ll Do Own 50–60% of the company’s lead generation efforts: market research, campaign design, account prospecting Run automated, personalized outbound campaigns (no high-volume cold calling) Experiment with LinkedIn and Google Ads to support marketing efforts Contribute to general operations and ad hoc projects that move the business forward Work closely with leadership and AEs to fuel the sales engine Requirements Familiarity with growth and outbound sales tools (Clay, Apollo, Growth Machine, etc.) ~6–12 months of outbound or SDR/BDR experience (preferred, but flexible) Strong analytics skills and comfort with semi-technical tools Ability to balance creativity with data-driven experimentation Excited to grow in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment with Fortune 500 exposure
