Key Responsibilities: Operational Execution: Drive day-to-day operations, ensuring all project action items are tracked, followed up, and closed in a timely manner. Collaboration: Work closely with global teams and stakeholders to implement training programs, coordinate resources, and remove blockers. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the operational point of contact for cross-functional teams in Israel and the US; proactively communicate updates, next steps, and action statuses. Detail Orientation: Maintain detailed documentation of tasks, decisions, and progress; ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline project workflows and optimize operational efficiency. Issue Resolution: Quickly identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues that may impact project delivery. Support GrowthHub Manager: Assist with status reporting, risk tracking, and the coordination of deliverables, with a focus on closing open loops and tasks. Qualifications: Experience: 1–3 years of project or operations management experience within a large corporate environment. Technical Proficiency: Understanding of workforce development, training methodologies, and learning technologies; ability to work with tools for tracking and reporting progress. Action Orientation: Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward, close action items, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English; able to summarize complex topics clearly. Collaboration: Experience working with global, cross-functional teams; strong relationship-building skills. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus. Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Requirements None
