OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for the assembly and finishing of glass reinforced plastic (GRP) components in accordance with specifications and time allocation.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent understanding of Glass Fibre (GRP) Lamination processes and techniques
• Skilled in hand tools
• Excellent detail orientation and sensitivity to aesthetics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Prepare and repair any defects such as pinholes, cracks and cavities
• Polishing finished parts to meet GHG standards
• Able to follow Work’s Instruction (WI) on the assembly build
• Working to a weekly workload plan
• Maintain clear positive communication with the Finish Supervisor
• Perform other non-core duties as required subject only to health/safety and training constraints
• Perform duties in accordance with the company ISO 9001 quality management system
