This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church. The Manager of Process Improvement is responsible for LEAN production system design, effective problem-solving techniques, the design and management of performance improvement initiatives, training and coaching of personnel in all of the above, and advising the senior executives on the nature and progress of network wide improvement activities. This position will conduct investigations, analyze information and facilitate production teams dealing with issues associated with quality. Additionally, this position will coordinate and strategically lead and implement approved process improvement efforts identified by the specific site, by the company or by the LEAN Team.
