Bosch Japan の採用を支える People Acquisition チーム（GS/HRS-PAC1 ）のインターンシップです。インターンシップ採用、新卒採用（定期/通年）、キャリア採用、社内公募など、幅広い採用活動を担当しています。チームメンバーは、派遣スタッフの皆さん、インターン生の皆さんも含め、様々なバックグラウンドのメンバーが集まっています。求人内容新卒採用のサポートを担当していただきます。 PAC1チームで運用しているプロセスのサポートで、より良い/魅力的なCandidate journeyを作り上げていく仕事です。また、複数の採用担当者やサポート業務を担当している派遣スタッフ、海外アウトソーシング先とのハブとなる仕事です。採用プロセス運営に関わるオペレーション業務採用システムの設定・メンテナンス対応対面面接やイベントのサポート候補者とのコミュニケーションサポートなどを予定しています。資格ベーシックMS Officeスキルフレキシブルな考え方ができ、プロアクティブに行動できる Multi-taskingをハンドルできる顧客（応募者、候補者、Hiring managers等）に対するホスピタリティー日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（日常会話）その他の情報実際の採用現場での経験を通じて、幅広いスキルを実践的に学ぶことができます！グローバル環境での業務経験実際の採用プロセスを通じたHR/Recruitingの理解社内外の関係者とのコミュニケーション・コーディネーション力採用現場でのオペレーション・問題解決力 Candidate Experience を意識したホスピタリティー「採用」は、会社と人との最初の出会いをつくる仕事です。私たちは、候補者一人ひとりにとってポジティブな体験を届けることを大切にしています。人と関わることが好きな方、ぜひ一緒に働きましょう！ご応募、お問い合わせ、お待ちしています。 Grow, Enjoy, Inspire let's Work#LikeABosch !!
