Job Description Assist in delivery and receiving insurance related documents (PVI Insurance, Social/ Health/ Unemployment insurances). Assist in process tax documents Check and prepare HR-related documents Consult associates for HR topic at the HRS counter and by email (such as welfare, dependent, social insurance, timesheet...) Support to collect and input data for monthly salary period. Pfile and e-file: Be responsible for filling both hard and soft copies. Support on-boarding process: manage deliveries and receiving of documents, arrange and restore documents... Other ad hoc tasks from supervisor Qualifications Working location: Mainly at Street No.8, Tam An, Long Thanh, Dong Nai Qualifications Under-graduate students, can join full-time internship in 6 months. Working day: Monday-Friday Could provide recommendation letter from university Majoring in Business English or Business Administration with a strong interest in Human Resources No working experiences required, active participation in school/social activities is a plus Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Interpersonal skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill, Presentation skills. Eyes for details and good organization skills. High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality, able to work in multicultural teams. Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.
