Job Description Digitalization & Process Improvement (60%) Lead and support HR digitalization initiatives within HR Shared Services to reduce manual workload and enhance user experience. Analyze existing HR administrative and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose digital solutions (tools, automation, bots, workflows). Work closely with HR, IT, and Global Digicom teams to: Design and optimize end-to-end HR service flows Implement automation / low-code solutions (e.g. bots, forms, dashboards) Actively contribute as a core member of the Digicom Team (Global Service Department), representing HR Shared Services in digital initiatives. Support testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement of digital tools and solutions. Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Administration tasks (40%) Proficient in managing, maintaining, and extracting employee data and payroll data within SAP Master data maintenance (personnel records, organizational assignments). Time management data. Absence management. Compensation and benefits data. Reporting: Ability to generate standard and custom reports from SAP Labour contract management on system Health and Accident Insurance data management and closely cooperation with broker Others: Other assignment from Supervisor to ad-hoc activities of Department Qualifications Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, English or relevant disciplines SAP expertise is a plus Work Experience: At least 02 years working experience in HR, Administration related topics Proficient in SAP Comfortable working with multiple and large datasets Strong interest in designing and developing automation flows and bots on the platforms. Having passion for building tools and solutions to automate and improve processes and workflows. Hardware / Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point, Words Certificate or solid knowledge of low-code automation platforms and tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi, etc.), Automation Anywhere,KNIME...etc, VBA, Python is a strong advantage Good master of data and paying attention to details to ensure data correction Languages: Proficient in English both spoken and written Vietnamese Mother tongue a must Special Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with foreign associate Strong analytical & problem-solving skill Time management skill Personality: Friendly, co-operative, responsible and open-minded person Customer Oriented mindset/attitude Team oriented and service mind Willingness to learn by taking more responsibility if so required Additional Information WHY BOSCH?
