Global Business Services is a Bosch service unit providing end 2 end process services to Bosch internal organization. GS/TET-APAC the technical enabling team of GS APAC, we’re the engine of GS digital transformation by leading and implementing Smart Workflow, Digital Enabling, AI and Data Application Development, Cybersecurity Penetration and Consulting, ERP and SAP S/4 HANA project implementation, and UI/UX design. We work together with our business partners to escort, capture, conceptualize, implement, commercialize and operation digital initiatives in order to capitalize the power of digital innovation. We drive and lead the GS regional cross functional digital initiative incubation, project implementation, platform rollout and design of digital business models. Job Description The role’s primary goal is to lead and drive: SAP S/4 HANA Project Management: Leading S/4 HANA transformation projects in the region and delivering the desired results. Managing the project team and resources Bosch globally. Defining project scope, developing project schedule, resource requirements and budget. Tracking project progress, performance and managing project risks. Ensuring project milestones are met and project deliverables meet the quality. Secondary goal is to lead Project Management Office: Provide 1st level support and consulting for incoming PMaaS (Project Management as a Service) requests and inquires coming in from customers. Keep up to date the project management standards, practices, tools and methodologies for PMaaS team (in coordination with GS/PMO). Continuously improve project management methodologies by introducing digitalization and AI to increase the efficiency. Maintain PMaaS team Docupedia and/or templates. Qualifications Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance or similar. End to end project management experience in leading SAP R/3 and/or S/4 HANA projects. Experience with SAP business processes especially financial accounting is a plus. PMO experience with strong communication skills. Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Planisware, ServiceNow, SharePoint, SAS, and Power BI. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
