Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan. Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely and efficient food service. Respond to guests' inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly. Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness. Assist in the preparation and setup of dining areas prior to service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
