As a GSA, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency. Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere Take food and beverage orders accurately, demonstrating thorough knowledge of menu items and daily specials Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and side stations Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently Upsell and promote food and beverage offerings to maximize revenue Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) at all times Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant Support other Food & Beverage outlets during peak times or as required Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and briefings as scheduled Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel operations or food and beverage service Strong service-focused personality with excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Basic math skills for handling financial transactions Ability to memorize menu items and make recommendations to guests Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred) Additional language skills are a plus Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
