Job Title: GSC IS IDB/IProject Admin Organization: GSC Information Systems Application/Tool/Platform: IDB/Iproject Direct Manager: Padma Deepak Executive(s): Vincent LAMARCHE Primary Location: India Job Code: TBD THE CONTEXT The Supply Chain of Schneider-Electric got recognized by Gartner as being a TOP 25 WW leading Supply Chain thanks to innovation and focus put on the deployment of his Tailored Sustainable & Connected Supply Chain 4.0 strategy – TSC 4.0. The GSC organization represents 98 Distribution Centers, 207 Productions Entities (across 44 countries) served by 45’000 suppliers representing 12 Billion Euros of purchases. Supply Chain employ 86000 collaborators managing 260 000 references each day and more than 150 000 lines of Purchase Orders. The digital age is moving at such a fast pace that it is fundamentally transforming the way organizations operate and is requiring them to develop new ways of thinking and operating to always enhance the experience of our customers. Accordingly, and with a growing ambition, Global Supply Chain through the GSC Data Analytics team and its GSC Information Systems team GSC IS are leading a major transformation as part of the Schneider-Electric company program to accelerate the move to digital. Since 2009, the GSC IS team has been working at creating and taking the best of the procurement digital tools to better serve the Global Procurement objectives, for all the Categories, all Regions and all BUs. In 2019, the team succeeded in joining forces with the GSC Data Analytics to create further value by industrializing & deploying 5 innovative proof of concepts leveraging RPA-Robotic Process Automation and ML-Machine Learning technologies. Leveraging this momentum and still behaving as the trailblazer that the team has been in the past, GSC IS are now gearing up, while deeply transforming itself still, to pursue two objectives: To help achieve a new breakthrough in both performance and effectiveness in the procurement domain To serve as the team introducing, deploying, transforming, generating value through the digital and operating the RUN of the new GSC Data Analytics. To succeed, GSC IS set for itself an ambitious and strategic transformation roadmap: Continue developing its customer(users) centricity approach through enhanced User Care Center shared services Learn from its first experiences with new technologies and other domains (than procurement) to tailor its new capabilities introduction and business transformation operating model and to skill-up and adapt its expertise Adapt its structure and tailor it according to the new mission and new way of interacting with diverse users to whom we deliver new technologies Shift its culture and its speed to match the latest best in class digital organization from cultural, behavioral, process and added value aspects Reorganize itself accordingly to allow efficiency and effectiveness while coworking with the GSC Data Analytics team Strengthen its RUN operations leveraging its current hub footprint and the Lean office best practice to deliver solid RUN maintenance processes and continuous improvements, GSC wide While keeping its performance in delivering digital capabilities and services for the procurement function – still at the heart of its objectives and actions. Administrator – Industrial database/Iproject Job description Works in synergy with Business stakeholders, ALMs, users to fulfil all admin related tasks for the application. Manage user rights for the application – Create/Modify/Remove user accounts on request Support users on issues – Work on incident management, solve and support users when they face an issue with the application Support on Folder rights management for Business Continuity plans. Participate in weekly reviews with the team to discuss open topics and planning future actions. Manage Installation of new versions of application, opening/closing sites, campaign management and other minor technical tasks Qualified and experienced, in industrial terms and definitions. Should Possess good communication skills to handle internal and external communications globally, will act as a global communication lead for the application Active participant and a team player. Should possess industrial/production process understanding E2E and able to understand and apply terms and concepts at right place. Ability to foster co-operation and animate a community Work on data reconciliation topics with CFTs and other domains Cross-cultural understanding of the different needs of a global community Qualified skills to create new documentation and reports that explain clearly and simply created segment solutions to other solution architects and customers Coordinate and move new developments into production - linked projects / maintenance activities Level 3 support - unblock issues within internal Microsoft applications owners/teams and external resources (Microsoft & Premier Group). Facilitate PowerApps changes with experts and make small changes Maintain & update PowerAutomate flows Ensure confidentiality of the full application (database and front end) Grant user access (based on rules provided) measures of success Active participation in the projects and Run mode. Knowledge is effectively shared in GSC.IS. He/she is recognized as “an expert” in GSC.IS Trainee satisfaction & training efficiency through surveys. Increase of Platform usage for people trained. skills & Qualifications Qualification: Engineering degree preferably in Computer science or industrial streams from a reputed university. 1-2 years of Experience in User support, Incident handling and stakeholder management Familiarity with corporate working atmosphere. Knowledge and capabilities: Working knowledge on SQL / Database query will be added advantage ( Innerjoins/outerjoins etc) Must have knowledge on Common standards followed in Ticket resolution. Communication skills to convince and influence all internal and external partners. DBA - experience with SQL. Low code platforms e.g. LEAP - PowerApps BI/Visualization - experience PowerBI/Tableau Powerapps Sharepoint PowerBI / Tableau MS Project - small component PowerAutomate

Responsibilities
