Pure’s Global Partner Marketing Organization is looking for a seasoned marketer to define and execute integrated marketing strategies with our most strategic Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). In this high-impact role, you’ll lead joint marketing efforts to build mindshare, accelerate pipeline, and drive revenue growth, working hand-in-hand with our Global Alliances, Field Marketing, and Sales teams to amplify Pure’s reach and impact through these critical partnerships.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a leader who can demonstrate:

  • Proven ability to drive joint GTM strategy and execution with large, complex GSI partners, including a track record of building and executing successful ABM and enterprise-focused demand generation campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of GSI business models, services, and industry alignment, enabling the creation of impactful and relevant marketing programs.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and program management skills, with the capacity to translate high-level objectives into detailed, integrated marketing plans and manage global budgets effectively.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence, with the ability to align global and regional teams and external partners toward shared marketing and business goals.
  • Expertise in tracking campaign performance and measuring ROI, consistently demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on pipeline and revenue.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
